2024 Local Road Rehabilitation Program
- Paving on Highway 15 is complete
- Line painting continues

Heritage Trails Park (Fort Centre Park) – Landscaping Phase 1
More information on the Heritage Trails Park project
- Fort Centre Park was renamed to Heritage Trails Park on July 2, 2024
- Construction is underway
- Site amenities, such as picnic tables and benches, are installed
- The second stair case and the completion of the trails will occur in early October
JRC (Jubilee Recreation Centre) Modernization
More information on the JRC Modernization project
- The temporary facilities will be used for the upcoming 2024/25 season
- Work inside the arena is complete for the season. Ice has been installed.
- Work is continuing on the new Zamboni room at the back of the building
- Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing work is ongoing
- Exterior wall construction on the main floor is underway
- Interior wall construction is underway
- Concrete plaza is under construction
- Paving around plaza to occur in October
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation Program
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation is an annual program that ensures that the City's neighbourhood infrastructure meets current standards and is not at risk of failure due to deteriorating conditions.

Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – Lowe Ave
Neighbourhood Rehabilitation – Lowe Ave Concept Plan
- This is a multi-year program for replacement of water, sewer and road infrastructure on Lowe Avenue
- 2024 Surface work is complete
- Lowe Avenue is open to public access
- Landscaping to begin the week of October 7, 2024
Township Road 542 Culvert Replacement
- Township Road 542 west of Highway 21 is temporarily closed
- Construction is underway
- Existing culvert has been removed and installation of the new culvert has begun

Westpark Drive and 95A Avenue Roundabouts
- Roundabouts will be located at Westpark Drive and Woodbridge Link, and at Westpark Way and 95A Avenue
- Paving to occur at the Roundabouts on October 11 and October 12, 2024
- Expect traffic disruptions during construction
- Landscaping is complete
- Construction is expected to be completed in late Fall 2024
F3Networks Fibre Optics Installation
- This is not a City-led project
- This project involves installation of fibre optics and is being lead by F3Networks, a Canadian company registered with the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) as a telecommunications carrier

- F3Networks is going door-to-door to get the property owner’s permission to install a fibre optic line to your home. The representative will explain the steps to have this work completed. No work can be completed on private property without the homeowner’s permission, and you are not obligated to provide permission.
